Solaris
Solaris Care Management System

Solaris Is a cloud-based care management system like no other. It goes beyond being a platform to create clear and transparent reports, but also as a road map or guide to how care services for young people should be delivered and managed.
It serves as the manager’s control point and a means to measure the actual or potential outcomes of the care provided to service users. Solaris was designed with the contribution of social workers, IROs, placement managers and care operators.
Local authority placement teams and social workers can access reports and service user progress analysis themselves without the need to request reports.
