Interview with NI/RSM on background and competencies (familiarity with the Ofsted registration guide - regulations and standards)
A camera tour of the home - rooms, office, communal areas and garden.
A look through 3 random policies
Safer recruitment compliance (At least 2 staff samples)
Completed frontline staff induction template (At least 2 staff samples)
Monthly supervision template (At least 2 staff samples)
Your tools to gather young person’s input into their own support plans and key work activity planner (Real samples to show)

Decent phone camera for video tour at the service accommodation (Please ensure your Wifi is a steady stream)

Connection to Zoom invite for remote mock inspections
List of homes for physical mock inspections
CV of RSM/RI submitted in your application
In conclusion
You will receive a full report on your score which determines a pass or fail or a request to address queries.
Charges
Members £500 per home (Virtual mock via Zoom). Non-members £650
Members £650 per home (Physical visit ). Non-Members £850
Within the M25. Outside London - we will check availability and confirm higher charges.
For provider's with multiple locations we recommend a minimum of 3 visits which we will pick at random.
