About Us

“Collaboration is essential in our sector, which is why we work with providers, local authorities, and stakeholders on a regular basis”

What We Do

The regulation of the supported accommodation (formerly semi-independent) sector by Ofsted created a need for providers to form a body that would be a voice for them and thus enable their interests and concerns to be heard by all relevant stakeholders. The Supported Providers Association was formed to meet this need.

By voicing the collective views and concerns of members, we will facilitate better understanding between Ofsted, the regulatory body, and providers.
Members are also able to access advice and support from both their peers and leading industry experts.

In addition to representing our members, we also help to reduce their costs through the discounts we receive in our bulk buying in the areas of Insurance, Training, Tendering, House Maintenance and Repairs, Tax and Accountancy, IT, HR, Property Sourcing plus much more.
